The Westminster Soccer Board of Directors meet throughout the year on matters of club governance and to discuss the current status of the club including but not limited to club policies, budget/financials and staff reports from all areas and programs within the club.
The Annual General Membership (AGM) meeting (for all members) has been scheduled for Wednesday November 18th, 6:30pm at the Westminster Sports Center Community Room, 6051 West 95th Ave Westminster. Elections for Board openings will be held at that meeting. In addition, there will be reports of the Board to the members and the transaction of such other business as stated in the notice of the meeting or as may come before the meeting.
If you would like to be considered for a Board position at the AGM, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with a personal bio and your reasons for wanting to serve, before 6:00pm on Sunday November 15th.
If you wish to have any general comments or additional agenda items added and discussed at the AGM, please email email@example.com before 6:00pm on 11/15 so we can add to the agenda for the evening.
