Personal philosophy statement
I believe youth soccer is a very effective and powerful way to teach kids confidence, independence as well as giving them a strong sense of belonging. We will equip these young men with the social tools and experiences that will serve them well in their futures. While the objective is to win and develop their soccer skills, teaching kids to work hard, to be accountable, and to work together as a team is the ultimate goal.
