The Westminster Soccer Board of Directors meet throughout the year on matters of club governance and to discuss the current status of the club including but not limited to club policies, budget/financials and staff reports from all areas and programs within the business.
The Annual General Membership (AGM) meeting (for all members) is typically scheduled in November or December. Elections for Board openings will be held at this meeting. In addition, there will be reports of the Board to the members and the transaction of such other business as stated in the notice of the meeting or as may come before the meeting.
